Please be sure that the email address on file for your classifieds account is current. If it is not, readers will not be able to contact you via email. Additionally, you will not receive any receipts for your credit card purchases.
If we receive undeliverable email back from your account, we will be forced to deactivate your account until you provide us with a current email address. If your account has been deactivated, please open a support ticket. Be sure to provide us with your username, the email currently on file and a current email address. You will know that your account has been deactivated if your password no longer works and you are unable to successfully use the retrieve password function.
You can also register for a new account using a new email address and username. Of course, you will not have access to any existing ads from the new account. |
