DID YOU TYPE YOUR PASSWORD CORRECTLY?

Be sure to type your password correctly.  Please remember that the password is CASE-sensitive. 123ABC is NOT the same as 123abc. Also, be careful not to confuse an uppercase "oh" with a ZERO (O vs. 0) or a numeric one with a lowercase L (1 vs. l). We suggest that you simply cut and paste the password from the e-mail to the login form. Be careful not to copy any blank spaces before or after the password.

Hint: We suggest that you change your password to something easier to remember as soon as you log on for the first time. At the page that immediately follows a successful login, simply enter a new password in both the "Password" and "Password Again" fields and then press the "Update My Account Profile" button.
