Please send an email to support (at) somd.com (replace " (at) " with "@" when addressing the email) to make the request. Please be sure to:

1. Specify that you want your classified's account deleted (we have more than one type of user account).
2. Specify your classified's username.
3. Write using the email address that we have on file for the account to be deleted. This is required for security to prevent a third-party from requesting that your account be removed.

Important Notes:

1. Once your account has been removed it is gone forever. We can not restore it. All associated data, including active ads will also be deleted.
2. We do not provide refunds for any currently running ads.
